Nick has now helped me with computer problems on two occasions. Initially he helped me solve a problem I was experiencing with my emails. Another well known local computer repair company had told me that my email records had been lost forever and there was nothing that could be done to retrieve them but Nick saved the day. He proved very patient when dealing with my ignorance of all matters technical and gave me lots of support post visit. More recently, I experienced problems when windows wouldn't load. Nick came round the very next day and sorted out this problem plus problems with my mouse pad and printer functions. The computer is now working well and I am very satisfied. I will be recommending Nick to any friends who need similar assistance and would certainly use his services again.

Nick diagnosed the problem with my sons pc running slowly and having annoying pop ups randomly appearing. Nick was very efficient in getting back to me very quickly and sourcing and ordering the additional RAM that was needed to speed up the pc. He then came the next day to fit the part and clean the pc. Very knowledgeable and friendly and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

After contacting and receiving quotes from a different IT specialists I've decided to go with N K Networks. From day one Nick was very professional, attentive to my needs and transparent as well as willing to advice without forcing his opinion on me. As my laptop was physically broken and new parts needed to be ordered the repair took few days however, Nick kept me in the loop at all times, explaining everything in detail. During the process it appeared that my laptop required a more serious fix than expected. Nick went above and beyond to find the right solution for me. Being an absoloute technophobe, I turned to Computer Doctor to help me with a variety of Applemac issues. Everything was explained to me in terms I understood and my laptop now working as it should. I have used Computer Doctor in person and remotely and got the same great service. I was kept updated throughout the process and withwould not hesitate to reccomend this company.

Nick was very responsive and helpful to me after I had a virus on my laptop. He offered different options to solve the issue and was not pushy or too techy for me to understand.

Nick was very polite from the moment we first spoke. I found him on Google as I was looking for a data recovery issue that I had with my external hardrive. I also commented him about my laptop being slow and he asked me for the details of it and was quick to let me know that it would be good just to upgrade ram from 2 to 4, and also my old hardrive with the original machine was not big enough to save my work, so he replaced it with 1TB SSD given me great space to save as well as much more speed to work with the new ram. It was worth it as the new laptops and Microsoft office are much more expensive, and you need to pay or buy subscription every year if around £60. My 2007 office is good enough for what I need it, so he just copy the old hardrive into the new SSD and let me tell you, it much better than when I first bought it. I will recommend Nick anytime, as his price and excellent work is the way to make business. Also he is local to me, so it was really convenient for me to just drop it off and wait for him to call me next day with the laptop up and running like new. What he did for me to fix my laptop and save 10/15 years worth of work. - Upgrade my memory ram from 2 to 4- Upgrade my hardrive to a new 1TB SSD- Copy my old hardrive with all the information to the new SSD- Recover my 10/15 years worth of workAnd also suggested that open and account with one drive to save all the information and being able to relax a bit more just in case that something happens again.
